Ruby red wine. Soft, elegant with a strong fruity flavour that resembles forest fruits. It has dry, full and very har¬monious recognizable taste. It blends particularly well with dark meat, game, fish and aromatic cheese. Best served on 10 to 12 °C.

Tagliatelle with beef in a dark sauce of black wine, sesame seeds and honey
Cut the young onion into strips and also beefsteak and sprinkle on olive oil. When the steak is half finished, add honey and sesame.
After a minute, pour all the black wine and cook until the alcohol is evaporated, subtracted and mixed with the pre-prepared demo glace. Salt and pepper as desired.
After 5-10 minutes cooking, when the sauce reduced to add "al dente" cooked tagliatelle. At the end, mix Grana padano and butter to mix all the ingredients. Serve with fried sesame.
