Preparation

Step 1
Fresh mussels wash well, best under cold water jets. Use a wicker sponge to clean the grass and dirt accumulated on the shell. When cleaning, remove all the shells that have already been opened.
Step 2
Slightly chop the garlic, sprinkle the garlic in olive oil until it begins to smell aromatic, and then pour white wine, finely chopped parsley (add some parsley to the dish) and add the cleansed mussels. Cover and let it cook in your sauce for about ten minutes. No salt or other spices need to be added, as future mussels inside the shell have salty sea water.
Step 3
Remove from the fire when the mussels open and leave them for 5 minutes covered in a pot where they are cooked to make all the flavor delicious. Closed shells should be thrown.
Step 4
Such prepared mussels can be served individually (sprinkled with parsley and a little spicy with lemon juice).

Excellent dry white wine of light and refreshing flavou. Made of autoch¬thonous Dalmatian variety of grapes that blend the climatic contrasts of Dalmatian vineyards within them. Due to late ripening of grapes, it has a characteristic taste. Wine of extremely floral fragrance and fine grape aroma. It is recommended with cold appetizers, meat and fish dishes and deserts. Best served on 8 to 10 °C.

Step 1
Sprinkle the shrimp on the oil until you have brown color, but do not bake them thoroughly. Move them to the plate.
Step 2
Also, sprinkle on the oil with garlic and chives until they soften. Add tomato paste. Degrease with wine and foundation and reduce by half.
Step 3
Take the shrimp back and boil for a minute. Add crumbs and parsley and serve.

Preparation

 

If you have asparagus grown, which is thicker and more fleshy, clean them by shaking them with your hand and severing part of the stack of the softer piece with the tip. Bake the tops in salt water for just a minute, two (keep the panes for the foundation). Finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a large pan, and put on it. When you soften and release the aroma, add the bacon and cut into the noodles. As you rip it, squeeze the eggs, pop them and pop it. Eat the eggs on the pan and mix it. Then add the tips of asparagus. Bake just enough to mix the mixture, and the eggs remain cremated. If you are using very young wild asparagus, you can put them in the crispy and raw.

Preparation

 

Step 1
Heat whipped cream and 2 dl milk with sugar and vanilla burbone. To the rest of the milk swallow pudding that there is no bark. When the cream and the milk boil in they boil pudding. Allow to cool well covered or covered with a transparent foil (but do not bend it). Cool well with the mixer to get a dense cream.
Step 2
While cooling the cream, skim the bark of the leafy dough on the size of the sheet or use the already discarded ones. Examine each bark separately. Fruit cleans.
Step 3
For each bark, use a cream syringe to grab the cream and arrange the fruit on it. If you wish (i did not) either eat or cake with cream. Decorate the last bun with cream (if desired with cream), fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Tagliatelle with beef in a dark sauce of black wine, sesame seeds and honey

Preparation

 

Step 1
Cut the young onion into strips and also beefsteak and sprinkle on olive oil. When the steak is half finished, add honey and sesame.
Step 2
After a minute, pour all the black wine and cook until the alcohol is evaporated, subtracted and mixed with the pre-prepared demo glace. Salt and pepper as desired.
Step 3
After 5-10 minutes cooking, when the sauce reduced to add "al dente" cooked tagliatelle. At the end, mix Grana padano and butter to mix all the ingredients. Serve with fried sesame.
